Horse assisted business coaching is able to support adults with disability systemic and solution-oriented in issues of work-related and individual developement. Through the six stages of the coaching process recources will be uncovered and evolved and individual goals are going to be achieved. The context “horse” in combination with guided reflection is also opening up new perspectives for participants and employers.
