Zusammenfassung / Abstract Während die Qualifikation von LehrerInnen eindeutig geregelt ist, gibt es im Weiterbildungssektor in non-formalen Bildungseinrichtungen kaum Richtlinien, die sich mit der Qualifizierung von Lehrenden befassen. Der Beitrag arbeitet heraus, inwieweit es für Weiterbildungen im Themenfeld Bewegung ein eigenständiges Qualifikationsprofil für Lehrende bedarf und skizziert auf der Grundlage des Qualitätszirkels kompetenzorientierte Gestaltung von Weiterbildungen (WIFF) erste Ansätze.

Summary: While the qualification of school teachers is clearly regulated, hardly any guidelines exist in the training sectors which concern the qualification of teachers in non-formal educational institutions. The article clarifies to what extent an independent qualification profile in the training of the thematic field of movement is necessary for teachers in further education. It also outlines starting points for a competence-orientated model of training based on the quality circle.
