The football club was supposed to help Erik to settle into a new environment after his parents separated and he moved away. Unfortunately, Erik experiences sexual harassment from his football coach. Both parents “only want the best” for their son, but fail to recognise his distress. This results in a specific dynamic at the level of adult and child communication, which creates an unbearable dilemma for Erik. Only when he discovers that he’s not the only victim of this violence can he reclaim his voice and his power. He joins forces with a new friend to seek help from supporting adults.
