Frühtherapie grammatisch gestörter Kinder in Gruppen - Interventionsstudie in Luxemburg
Early Therapy for Children with Grammatical Disorders in Groups - Intervention Study in Luxembourg
2009, 115-123
Summary: The aim of the intervention study was to investigate whether preschoolers with specific language impairment, who were trained with Context-Optimization in a group therapy setting, make significant improvements in the acquisition of early grammatical rules. 49 children (4-6 years of age) participated in the study. The intervention took place in the Centre for Speech Therapy in Luxembourg. Within 10 weeks, participants in the experimental groups 1 and 2 received therapy 4 and 2 times a week, respectively. Participants in both experimental groups showed significantly higher improvements in the acquisition of early grammatical rules than children in the control group. The intervention effects remained stable over time.
