Summary: Professionals in early intervention sometimes make the experience that the process with the child stagnates, that parents are perceived as disturbing or rejecting or that the carrousel of all helping persons turns. For these situations systemic thinking offers alternative descriptions which allow a fresh view und bring back the chance for actions. The paper outlines ideas of a systemic practice und makes them usable for conversations in early intervention. Methods and possibilities of dialogue are presented.
